TERMS AND CONDITONS

These are the current Terms and Conditions that govern the contract between RecoverCarpet -("RecoverCarpet," "our," "we," or "us") and the Customer ("client," "you"). By booking our service through the website, email, social media, or telephone, you signify your acceptance of this agreement.

1. The Customer must ensure access to the property, running water, and electricity. Any parking fees incurred will be the responsibility of the Customer and may be added to the total price.

2. Please note that the appointment time is approximate, with a possible variation of up to 30 minutes early or late. If there is a delay beyond 30 minutes, we will notify you.

3. We require essential details (full name, address, and contact number) for booking any service. Without these details, no jobs will be scheduled.

4. Our services exclude furniture removal or handling personal belongings. However, we can assist with lightweight furniture. Please remove all valuable, fragile, and breakable items before our arrival. We are not liable for certain excluded items, such as antiques, artwork, sentimental items, jewelry, and cash.

5. To avoid cancellation fees, we request a 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations.

6. Prices provided are based on average sizes, but they may be adjusted if the job description is inaccurate (e.g., larger sizes than specified).

7. Payment for cleaning services must be made in cash, via bank transfer, or by card on the day of the service or within 5 days upon receipt of an invoice, as agreed upon in advance. Failure to comply may result in legal action. Late payment charges of £10 for every 7 days from the due date may apply.

8. In some cases, a deposit may be required, which must be paid at least 24 hours before the scheduled job to secure the booking.

9. The Customer agrees that RecoverCarpet will address any problems reported within 24 hours of completing the service. Reports made after this time frame will not be considered.

10. If the Customer refuses further corrective services or is dissatisfied, RecoverCarpet accepts no responsibility for any subsequent issues arising from the refusal, and the right to cancel any refunds or compensation is reserved.

11. If the Customer or a third party authorized by the Customer is not present to inspect the cleaning results, any claims regarding cleaning issues cannot be made.

12. We have insurance that covers damages caused by RecoverCarpet workers during the job. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damages.

13. While we use the best tools, techniques, and resources, we do not guarantee the complete removal of all stains from carpets, upholstery, and mattresses.

14. Drying time for our services may vary depending on weather, temperature, and airflow on the premises. The time frames provided are for reference only.

15. By booking RecoverCarpet's service, the Customer acknowledges and accepts the above Terms and Conditions.
